  2. USING NOVELL LAN WORKPLACE FOR DOS

  5. Winsock RSHD has been tested with Novell LAN Workplace for DOS Version 4.2.
  6.  
  7. You MUST have version 4.2 or later and a WINSOCK.DLL file dated 10/07/94 or
  8. later.  This is very important.  The WINSOCK.DLL file is usually located in
  9. the \NET\BIN directory or in the \WINDOWS or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.

  11. If the file is dated earlier than this (i.e. 02/01/94), Winsock RSHD will
  12. not work properly.  Novell has corrected several problems in the 10/07/94
  13. release that caused Winsock RSHD to not work properly.
